The Little Dive Bar in Philadelphia That Became Bigger Than Itself

The Shore Road Tavern was a small, unassuming, 50 capacity, dive bar located on the southeast corner of Robbins Avenue and Jackson Street in Northeast Philadelphia. In an effort to save a dying business, and realizing that the acoustics of the room were near perfect, the owners, Kathleen and Michael Fiedler looked to live original music as a way to bring the place back to life. Focusing exclusively on artists from the burgeoning underground roots music scene, they not only brought the place roaring back to life, they cultivated a musically rich environment that became known to artists around the world and a highly desirous place to play. An original 'one of a kind' and highly individualized poster was created for every show and printed out on a 20" x 30" piece of high gloss poster stock paper. They became highly collectible by music fans and musicians alike, leaving many others clamoring for more. So, due to popular demand, the Shore Road Posters are now available to the public. While the Shore Road as we knew it is gone, it's place in history is not. Get your piece of history today and thanks for stopping by.
